Job Description :

• Attain or exceed sales budgets quarter-wise.
• Ensure new prescriptions, customers / markets are generated.
• Ensure that the key marketing projects & activities designed by the company are implemented appropriately during each cycle in his / her area.
• Manage distribution channel in the area and ensure that adequate inventories are maintained with distributors.
• Developing the team to achieve the organisation objectives through proper guidance, motivation, coaching & feedback.
• Identify a list of key opinion leaders in the area and develop strong business relationship with these customers to maximise sales output.
• Prepare and submit the monthly report.
